About the SCAN Form History Report

The Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice (SCAN) form consolidates an entire day’s shipments into a single form with a barcode that is scanned when the packages are picked up. When your customers verify the status of their packages using the automatic email notification sent to them, your customers will see the exact time and date that the USPS accepted the packages.
